At Modern Day Concrete, we take pride in delivering high-quality concrete work and outstanding customer service. We stand by our craftsmanship and strive for complete customer satisfaction.
1. Deposits & Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date.
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or material costs already incurred.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year from the completion date, covering defects due to improper installation.
This does not cover damages caused by external factors such as weather, improper maintenance, ground movement, heavy loads, or customer modifications.
3. Issues & Repairs
If you notice any issues with the finished work, you must notify us within 7 days of project completion.
We will assess the concern and determine if it falls under our workmanship guarantee. If so, we will make the necessary repairs at no cost.
Any additional changes or repairs requested beyond the original project scope will be subject to a separate service fee.
4. Sealing & Maintenance Services
Sealing and maintenance services are non-refundable once completed.
If an issue arises due to our application process, we will assess and reapply the sealant if necessary.
5. Custom Projects & Special Orders
Custom concrete projects are non-refundable once work has begun, as materials and labor are tailored specifically to your request.
If modifications are needed after completion, we will provide a quote for additional work.
6. Disputes & Resolution
